PROPOSALS FOR 2013

(1) Annual Meeting

Suggested timeframe: late February or early March
Proposed locations:

a) Las Vegas, NV

b) New Orleans, LA

c) Miami, FL

d) Chicago, IL

e) San Diego, CA

f) Galveston, TX

(2) The championship trophy

Proposals
a) Rotate annual cost
b) Establish a traveling trophy

(3) Roster cuts

Each roster has to be trimmed to 25 players. Due in February.

(4) Realignment of the divisions
a) Switch to 4 divisions. Each winner gets an automatic bid, with two wild card slots. Division play could be balanced or unbalanced. Divisions could be realigned annually.

b) Eliminate divisions

c) Keep current setup

d) Keep two divisions but realign annually

(5) Draft status

a) Switch to redrafting every 3 years with 6 protected players (the same system as now but more frequent)

b) Complete redraft every 3 years (no protected players)

c) Alternate complete redraft and dynasty-style redraft (e.g. complete redraft in 2015, redraft with protected players in 2016, etc.)

d) Switch to 4-year rotation. No draft in years 2 and 4. Complete redraft in year 1. Keeper draft in year 3.

e) Leave it the way it is.

(6) Roster moves

a) Cap at 50 or 75
b) No change
